Solstice Blessings

The Light Wins - Always

Are you someone that struggles each day to keep going? Does the world feel just ‘too dark’ and ‘too negative’? Does life often simply feel ‘hopeless’ or ‘pointless’?

It has been my experience that life has been increasingly challenging for millions of people across the globe over the last 5 years. We have an epidemic of ‘mental health’ problems - a result of extreme stress and consequential PDSA. Trauma has been a major issue for humanity for decades or even centuries but since the ‘covid lockdowns’ and the consequential impact on the lives of individuals around the world, problems have increased dramatically.

It is my intention through my own daily practice of prayer and healing to help us all through this period of challenge. I feel it deeply in my own heart, that each of us has an important purpose, even when we feel bleak and hopeless. That purpose can become buried when we suffer from trauma. I am deeply committed to helping humanity to heal, one soul at a time, through the skills and insight that I have, which I have acquired over my life time. It is my intention and my mission to help wherever I can to uplift and advance our spiritual evolution.

It is vital in order to come out of the feeling of overwhelm and to feel joy in life again, to find small daily resources that lift you out of the negative and painful feeling. Daily self nurturing and the reassurance that comes from placing your trust in something ‘greater than you’; a ‘higher power’ is an important step in that direction. I teach only what I have found through my work over decades as a trauma healer and my own work of self healing, to be true and to be helpful. We are each different but there are some fundamental and unchangeable aspects of how our nervous systems function that show this to be true. There are tried and tested approaches through trauma healing modalities such as ‘somatic experiencing’, that prove themselves to always be helpful.

The reality of life is that we are all interconnected through our nervous systems. When we can learn to regulate ourselves into a more comfortable and positive space, we heal our trauma and we can lift the mood of others around us. Joy now becomes a collective experience.
